Here's the scenario:
You have a brake pulsation in the pedal when applying the brakes and have narrowed the problem down to your front rotors.

Tech A says to " cut " or "resurface" the rotors and Tech B Says to just replace them.

Who's right?

A tough one for sure, but in my opinion I never trust a set of resurfaced rotors. even though they still may be within the manufacturer specifications, I always feel they will never be as durable and will be more susceptible to warping. Why pay to resurface, which is typically half the price or more of a new set of rotors with no real guarantee they will make it for at least the next 5k miles? I say new rotors all the way. It's all about having that peace of mind.
