FCP Euro Cyber Week

After years of only offering parts by mail, FCP Euro was able to build a dedicated pickup center in our current headquarters. The space was a frequent request by customers, and we’re so proud to bring face-to-face services to those in the Connecticut area. It was a challenging process working through the various Pandemic protocols, but the pickup center has picked up (pun intended) a few additions that have now made it even easier to get ahold of your parts.

Picking Up In Person: Using The Pickup Center

Skipping the shipping process to pick up your parts the same day is a time-saving luxury we’re proud to bring to our customers. However, the pickup center isn’t your local deli; ordering at the counter isn’t an option. We’ve designed our space to get you in and out as quickly as possible to get you wrenching, so you must place all orders online ahead of time. It’s much quicker that way and the best option for everyone involved, but it isn’t the only rule we have for in-person pick-ups

We’ve put together some guidelines for maximum parts pickup efficiency. Please do yourself and us a favor by following these few rules the next time you order some parts for pickup:

  • Place an order by beginning the checkout process online. Enter your billing and shipping address, then click "continue." Select the option for In-Store Pick Up as follows. Continue with your payment information and submit your order. You will then receive an email confirmation; this is our way of letting you know that we're working on your order.

  • Wait for the email saying your order is ready for pick up; any customers arriving before receiving a confirmation email will not be able to pick up. Orders for "In-Stock" items are typically fulfilled, picked, and ready for pick up in about an hour and a half. If there are items in your order that are not in stock, it will depend on the lead time of those items. We promise to email you as soon as the order is ready.

  • Drive your favorite car to FCP Euro and pull into the pickup center parking spaces. If it's your first time picking up parts from FCP Euro, it can be a bit confusing to figure out exactly where to go. After entering the parking lot, follow the signs on the right that say "Customer Pick Up." From there, you will typically see two semi-trailers (one being FedEx) and sometimes the FCP Euro Motorsports trailer. Navigate around those to where you will see our main entrance.

  • Masks or face coverings must be worn at all times by anyone entering the FCP Euro Pickup Center.

  • The maximum occupancy of the Pickup Center is 3 customers at a time. Please wait outside if capacity is filled upon your arrival.

  • Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment. We are currently accepting Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

We’ve put those guidelines into practice over the last year and a half, and they’ve never failed to shorten the pickup time and improve the overall experience. However, once you know what you have to do, you’ll need to choose how you want to get your parts.

Pickup Options: Inside or Curbside

Was Applebee’s car side to go the first step towards modern curbside pickup options? Who knows, but the age of Covid quickly turned all retail businesses into curbside experts, including us. Don’t worry; you can still grab your parts from inside, too, but we now offer the curbside pickup option for those who want it.

Inside pickup, if you choose to accept it, is a seamless process that doesn’t involve a face-to-face exchange. Instead, you’ll walk inside with a mask on and head over to the tablet just inside the doors. Start the pickup process by selecting your name from the list of available orders. The tablet will then give you the storage locker number with your parts. Along the pickup center walls are cabinets custom made by DeCarle Cabinetry, another Milford, CT business. Scan around the room to find the cabinet corresponding to your order and open it up to grab your parts. From there, you’re all set to head home and continue wrenching with our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee to back you up.

If you’re immunocompromised or find the seats in your C300 so comfortable that you just couldn’t begin to fathom getting out of them, we have the curbside pickup option.

  • Quick Tip - If it's your first time picking up parts from FCP Euro, it can be a bit confusing to figure out exactly where to go. After entering the parking lot, follow the signs on the right that say "Customer Pick Up." From there, you will typically see two semi-trailers (one being FedEx) and sometimes the FCP Euro Motorsports trailer. Navigate around those to where you will see our main entrance and the new Curbside Pickup signs.

  • Text your parking space number to 203-701-9244 and wait for a response asking for your 7-digit order number. If you don't have a 7-digit order number, you may want to recheck your email. If it's not there, then chances are that your order is not quite ready yet for pick up.

If this is the case, we ask that you leave the spot for others whose orders are ready for pick up. If it's a nice day, we suggest checking out Silver Sands State Park just down the road.

  • Pop the trunk, hatch, or lend a hand while we bring out your FCP Euro order. Feel free to grab a photo of your car in front of your sign, tag @FCPEuro, tag yourself, tag a friend!

How long before my order is ready for pick up?

If all of the items in your order are in stock, your order can be ready in as little as an hour and a half. If items must be shipped in, you can expect a day or two. Keep an eye on your email for an order confirmation email.

Can I pick up my order even though I haven't received a confirmation email?

Until you receive the confirmation email with your 7-digit order number, your order isn't ready. If you arrive before then, you will have to wait as our order picking process can't be overridden.
