Audi/VW B8 2.0T (A4, Q5, Tiguan, & More) Fuel Injector Kit - Features And Product Review
You're on your way home from work and all of a sudden your car goes into limp mode without any warning, or even worse, it starts to sputter before it ultimately dies on the side of the road. If you drive an Audi B8 A4 or any other Audi/VW with the 2.0T engine, there's a good chance it's due to one or more of your fuel injectors.
Audi acknowledges that this is an issue and offers an extended warranty of the fuel injectors for certain models. However, if you don't fall into their criteria, or if you're over the mileage of the extended warranty, our fuel injector kit is the easiest and most affordable way to fix your issues. Audi/VW 2.0T Fuel Injector Kit Replacement Symptoms
The symptoms of a failing fuel injector are fairly easy to spot. Once you start experiencing symptoms, it's important to address the issue as it could lead to permanent engine damage. Some of the warning signs that one of your fuel injectors is no good are:
- Vehicle sputtering like you're out of fuel
- Vehicle goes into limp mode
- Gas in oil/blowing white smoke out of the exhaust
- Check engine light flashing
- EPC light illuminated
- Fault codes:
- P0301
- P0302
- P0303
- P0304
Unfortunately, your fuel injectors can fail at any time at any mileage. Drivers are reporting fuel injectors failing anywhere from 22,000 miles to upward of 100,000 miles.
If you feel that a failing fuel injector is your problem, you can easily test this by moving your spark plug and coil pack to another cylinder. If the problem persists on the same cylinder, you know the issue is your fuel injector.
