We help European car owners have a more enjoyable and enduring ownership experience. Here’s how we do it:
Our site features over 350,000 SKU’s comprised of Genuine, OE, and OEM parts, all of which are optimized by our in-house catalog team to ensure proper fitment for your vehicle. We even take the guesswork out of repair jobs by hand-curating kits which, with the click of a button, add every necessary component to your cart without having to wonder what else you’ll need.
We don’t just sell you parts, we help you buy the right ones.
Do you really need Genuine parts? (Hint: the answer is no.) Play with the sliders in our OE Academy, and watch one of our Catalog Managers take two identical brand-new parts out of the packaging (one OE, one Genuine) to show you the similarities and (lack of) differences.
We're just as passionate about what parts go on our cars as you are with yours. Here are a few of our guys nerding out over some parts to prove it. If we wouldn’t put it on our cars, we won’t sell it to you—that’s our brand promise.
We've learned which parts work best by actually working on these vehicles. Sometimes we even film it to help the DIY community do jobs from simple oil changes to a transmission service. And yes, we run into the same frustrations sometimes, too.
What happens after you order a part?
It all starts in our distribution center, where every part passes the “dust test.” Every order gets picked, packaged, and shipped right to your door, unless you select in-store pickup at our Milford, CT facility.
After your parts arrive at your doorstep.
Most often, your parts arrive in a timely fashion, you fix your car, and go do car things. Every once in a while, that may not be the case. Wrong part? Didn’t fix the issue? Just don’t need it anymore? No problem. We offer Hassle-Free Returns. We also have a Customer Service team dedicated to making sure you have an enjoyable shopping experience. They wrench, as well, so feel free to ask them some technical questions, too.
Most things that sound too good to be true usually are, but not our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. It’s truly real, and it’s good for as long as you own your car. It covers every part you buy, including wear-and-tear items like brake pads, gaskets, brake rotors, filters, and wiper blades!
When you are not ordering parts…
Whether you are a Novice DIY’er, a Weekend Warrior, or a Professional Enthusiast, we get that you don’t just buy parts. You play with cars. Guess what... so do we!
Cars and Coffee - We love to see what our customers are driving, and we love to show them what we’re driving, too. Opening our doors and inviting people to our facility is the best way to do that.
The Long Haul - Our project cars aren’t just meant to look good, we actually test the parts we’re selling to you, and installing them on our own vehicle is the best way to do that. From the garage to the street to the track, we give you first-hand feedback on what we think before you put it on your car.
The Paddock - There’s way more to racing than just the race, and that’s what our motorsport documentary series, The Paddock, is all about. Learn about how it all comes together and watch our race team compete against the best race car drivers in the world.
Dapper Drift - A 4000lb Mercedes-Benz E55 sliding sideways in Northern California- what’s not to like?
We consider ourselves lucky to be able to participate in the car communities we serve.
To build the best company, you need the best people.
The only way you get the best people is if the people at the top genuinely care for their employees. At FCP Euro, we take it to heart. Every month, our Executive Team cooks for all of our employees. It's not a show, it's just what we do.
And this is what happens if you leave your car in the lot on vacation.
We had a killer year in 2017 - just ask our employees, and 2018 is shaping up to be even better.
Last but certainly not least, we don’t just treat our employees and customers well, we make sure our local community is taken care of, too.
There are plenty of places to buy car parts, but there is only one FCP Euro.
