2021 FCP Euro Partner Awards: Continuous Improvement
In a year filled with so many challenges, hiccups, and shortages, FCP Euro was proud to be partnered with so many great companies that continued to support us through it all. Our partner awards are an opportunity to recognize those who go above and beyond servicing not only our customers but our company. As we’ve done in every iteration of our Partner Awards, our teams get together from several departments to discuss and debate those partners who stood out to us over the past year. Because this organization is built with the help of so many great partners, choosing just one winner for each category was a difficult task.
The winner of the 2021 FCP Euro Continuous Improvement award is Turn 14 Distribution Inc. for their unwavering support throughout the year. There are a handful of reasons why Turn 14 received this award, but at the top of that list was their passion for providing outstanding customer service and assisting FCP Euro when things do not go as planned. Despite what went wrong, the team at Turn 14 put their heads together, quickly resolved problems, and supported FCP Euro every step of the way.
FCP Euro has been doing business with Turn 14 since 2012 and in that time has grown into a wonderfully successful partnership with the distributor. Their quick thinking, constant communication, and dedication to problem-solving have always helped FCP Euro supply their customers with the necessary parts. But it’s their inter-company communication and support that has gone above and beyond for FCP Euro. Senior sales specialist Laura Zimmerman and her team have provided outstanding customer service over the years. They’re constantly doing all they can to support FCP Euro, and that dedication has impacted FCP Euro’s staff. As we get deeper into 2022, FCP Euro is proud to continue working with Turn 14 Distributors in supplying customers with the parts necessary for their European vehicles.
