You are ready to use the positive lead on your jumper wire to make contact with the positive terminal on your relay. If the wiper motor is working, you will then have to examine the gear assembly on the interior of your motor. If this is not working, keep going with the replacement process below. Find the ground strap and one end of will be connected to the motor case with a screw. The other end is connected to one of the wiper motor bolts. After you have found the grounding strap, take off the mount bolt with your ratchet. Put the ground strap to the side and take off all of the other bolts. Carefully remove the washer motor and remove it from the engine. Line up the mount holes on the replacement motor with the bolts on your Audi’s firewall and put the motor on the bolts to fasten secure in position with the nuts. Fasten the nuts so the motor is flat with the firewall and put the wiper motor grounding strap back. Make sure the wiper motor is working correctly by trying it out form within your Audi.
